Welcome to Ovitoz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, participation in our pre-launch waitlist, and your engagement with our rewards ecosystem. By accessing our platform or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of the Ecosystem

Ovitoz provides a digital "sociotech" ecosystem designed to encourage and reward healthy lifestyles, financial discipline, community building, and supporting local South African businesses. The platform serves as a connector between users, reward mechanisms, and third-party commercial campaigns.

2. Rewards Points System (No Monetary Value)

• Non-Monetary Asset: Ovitoz loyalty points (including the 5,000 Welcome Points and 1,000 Referral Points) are purely virtual incentive tokens.

• No Cash Value: Points do not constitute real currency, do not represent financial assets, and cannot under any circumstances be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash or legal tender.

• No Ownership Rights: Points are non-transferable between users unless explicitly permitted by an authorized in-app feature, and they remain the property of Ovitoz until processed for valid ecosystem benefits.

• Expiration & Forfeiture: Ovitoz reserves the right to set expiration periods on inactive points or forfeit points accumulated through fraudulent, automated, or manipulative behaviors.

3. Vouchers, Rewards, and Affiliate Partners

• Third-Party Fulfillment: Vouchers, discounts, and rewards made available through the Ovitoz ecosystem are fulfilled through external retail, service, and brand affiliate partners.

• Partner Terms Apply: Once a reward or voucher is claimed, its redemption is strictly subject to the independent terms and conditions of the respective affiliate partner. Ovitoz does not control partner inventories, store policies, or voucher expiration rules.

• Limitation of Liability: Ovitoz acts as an ecosystem facilitator. We accept no liability or responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of goods or services provided by our affiliate partners (including, but not limited to, telecom, data, lifestyle, or retail providers).

4. Launch Campaigns & Independent Business Frameworks

• Campaign Specifics: Special launch initiatives, such as the SuccessCo 125 campaign offering contract-free Telkom data bundles, are structured as limited-time promotional partnerships.

• Independent Network Rules: Where campaigns offer users the opportunity to participate as Independent Business Owners (IBOs) to build recurring pipelines, users acknowledge they are acting as independent contractors. Participation does not establish an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture with Ovitoz.

• Fees & Licensing: Any once-off fees required to activate specific business tiers within partner campaigns are non-refundable and are processed to maintain the respective licensing and distribution network.

5. User Conduct and Account Security

To maintain the integrity of our community, users agree to abide by the following rules:

• Accurate Information: You must provide genuine and accurate data (Full Name, Email, and WhatsApp number) when signing up.

• Anti-Gaming & Fraud: You are strictly prohibited from creating fake profiles, utilizing bots, or manipulating the viral referral tracking framework to accumulate points artificially.

• Account Termination: Ovitoz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any user from the waitlist, cancel their accrued points balance, or block access to the ecosystem if fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms is detected.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding elements, software designs, layouts, copy, structural methodology, and the logo icon featured on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Ovitoz or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Business Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Ovitoz, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the waitlist, app development delays, platform downtime, or the actions of any external third-party affiliate partners.

8. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time to reflect business changes, ecosystem expansions, or legal requirements. Your continued use of the platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
